VI.16.7 Pompeii. December 2004. Peristyle garden F, looking south-west from north-east corner. According to Jashemski – The two pilasters supporting a pediment on the west side of the peristyle were white and fluted. The other columns were white and fluted above, but were painted red, and smooth below. The corner columns on the east side, together with the fourth column from the east, on the south and north sides, were painted yellow below.

According to Jashemski – The two pilasters supporting a pediment on the west side of the peristyle were white and fluted.

The other columns were white and fluted above, but were painted red, and smooth below.

The corner columns on the east side, together with the fourth column from the east, on the south and north sides, were painted yellow below.
