In Notizie degli Scavi di Antichità, January 1897, plan on p.14, or June 1897 (p.269), this thermopolium was not yet shown.
In Notizie degli Scavi di Antichità, November 1897, p.460 it is seen as VI.15.15. See Note on Region VI, Insula 15 plan for information.

In the red panels of the dado were painted vases or pecking birds.

November 1897, (p.461)
VI.15.15 Pompeii. December 2007. Looking across L-shaped counter with three dolia and a hearth.
According to NdS, the sales counter was faced externally with plaster imitating coloured marble, ‘giallo antico’ and framed in a porphory frame.
Internally it was faced with red plaster, the same as that of the high dado.
On the south wall of the counter were the usual shelves for displaying the wares.
There were four shelves and the last was interrupted to make way to a small closet/cupboard.
The top of the counter was faced with marble fragments.
The counter/bench ended in a small hearth, in which an iron tripod was found on 29th November 1897.
Both in this thermopolium and in the following at VI.15.16, traces of fire were observed.
