According to Wilhelmina, “It is quite possible that the four badly broken, little marble statuettes found in the triclinium were part of the decoration from the garden area, and like the statue of the Ephebe had been brought into the house for protection, or perhaps to be mended after the earthquake.” The statuette of Pan was restored from nineteen fragments, and was made of white marble but it showed definite evidence of having been completely gilded.

This broken statuette was also made of very fine marble and had been gilded. Two other statuettes were also found in the triclinium, one was a headless statue of a white marble satyr, extremely drunk and stretched out on a rock of grey marble. Of the other, only a base of grey marble imitating rocky terrain and showing the goat feet of Pan on a white marble base was found.
